- Suitable for acidification of the body
- Suitable for vegetarians

Negative:

- Covering the latest findings, that fats do not raise cholesterol levels but the increased insulin from carbohydrates is responsible for
- KH evening

2. Food Combining:
- Protein and KH not take the same meal, it must be 3-4 hours between meals

- Should be more digestible because the mouth and KH proteins are digested in the stomach before
- Suitable for vegetarians

Negative:
- Most food can not be separated really clean
- KH are allowed in the evening

3. Atkinson diet (diet Manager):
Low Carb
- Fat and protein-rich diet, almost no KH

Positive:
- holds Insulin level low
- Suitable for sedentary people

Negative:
- No life-concept (about 5-25g KH / per day)
- Risk of ketosis acidosis (due to increased degradation of fatty acids) with bad breath (acetone), can lead to life-threatening acidosis (decreasing pH value)
- The brain and muscles are not sufficiently supplied (cramps, diarrhea, lack of concentration)
- Gout (due to increased uric acid, cardiovascular disease , fatty deposits)

4. Low Carb on the basis of the Logi pyramid and the GL

reduces the KH based on the GL
45% fat diet, 20-30% protein, 20-30% KH

Positive:
- Low blood sugar level, suitable for Type 2 Diabetics
- Increased intake of vegetables, pulses of the base-acid ratio evens out
- No evening KH

Negative:
- Not suitable for vegetarians and people with impaired renal function
- The meaning of GL have not been scientifically adequate

"We do not live to eat, we eat to live" (Socrates)

All food can be on their flavors, like sweet / sour, assign one of the 5 elements. The 5 element model is also equivalent system, as each element as a pair of organs, a sensory organ, a feeling state, can be assigned. This is important in view of possible disharmony within the elements and the restoration of harmony with the appropriate food intake. When cooking in the cycle to each element to be supplied with sufficient energy. Each element feeds the following it clockwise and controls each of the next in the right-handed circuit.
